ABOUT MegLIFE

The objective of the project is to restore and conserve natural resources within the villages by sustainable forest management, livelihood improvement, and institutional strengthening, thereby contributing to the conservation of the environment, biodiversity, and uplifting of socio-economic conditions of people in the State of Meghalaya. The project was initiated on 13th October 2020 and the goal is to cover 500 villages in 22 blocks across all 11 districts of the state.
